There are some things that you need as you move through the ringtone purchase process:

You Must have Text Messaging enabled on your cell phone account.

You Must have Mobile Internet access or (WAP) also called a (Data Plan), enabled on your cell phone account.

You Must have Open access (Not Blocked) to Premium Downloadable content on your cell phone account.

General:

Attn: Verizon Wireless users, if your phone does not have an external memory card, you will be unable to download full songs.

You must have a phone compatible with MP3 ringtones and media player, mobile internet (WAP) enabled to download content from our site.
